I am an IT Operations and Service Management professional with 4+ years of hands-on work across team leadership, project coordination, business continuity, Service Desk, application management and Atlassian Cloud administration.

I have led teams and coordinated projects where business priorities, technical constraints and operational risk all had to move together. My strongest zone is turning that complexity into Jira and JSM workflows, SLA logic, automations, dashboards and clear ownership.
